The beautifully landscaped and very private backyard features a salt water pool with plenty of pool floats provided as well as poolside lounge chairs for soaking up the desert sun. The outdoor shower completes this desert oasis pool area.
A covered "al fresco" dining spot with seating for 8 and a propane grill is the perfect gathering spot for meals.
Inside Space
The interior of this midcentury Palm Springs home offers an oversized great room with plenty of seating for everyone. The Samsung curved Ultra HD smart TV provides HBO, Cinemax, Starz and all the Sports channels as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu streaming services.
The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, ice maker and water dispenser and all of the gadgets including a convection oven and expresso machine. There is complete service for 8 and upgraded cookware.
The primary suite features a king sized bed with hotel quality mattress and luxury linens for a good night's rest, a dedicated workspace and a 40" smart tv with cable channels and streaming services. This Midcentury Palm Springs Home is located 1 block from the park, 5 minutes from the airport and The Palm Springs Surf Club and 10 minutes from Wal Mart, Ross, Marshall's, Smart and Final and Burlington Coat Factory. If golf is your thing there are 20 Golf Courses within 5 miles. Downtown Palm Springs and the Spa Casino is a 10 minute drive and the world famous Tram is a 15 minute drive.
The surrounding neighborhood and park are great places for a daytime or evening stroll. A car or Uber is recommended for other activities.

July-07 2023I spent a week here with my wife and kids - the kids loved the place, they didn't want to leave. The place is a very good size - we are 5 and never felt cramped. It's a quiet gated community - this worked out great for our family stay. If you're looking for a more lively stay, I would advise to look into Palm Springs Noise ordinance before coming out to Palm Springs. Everything in the place works as advertised - the pool, the spa, the kitchen appliances, TV's, Etc. It's clean and well kept - the wall art is cool too. I wouldn't mind coming back!

April-08 2022We loved our stay here. I was traveling with my husband, 2 young kids and dog and Jerry’s place was perfect for us. The house was clean, good location close to downtown and nice kitchen with all the necessities. The backyard was great too with a nice pool, BBQ and covered eating area. It was also walking distance to a fun park that my kids loved. Would definitely like to come back again in the future!

April-06 2022Jerry was an ideal host. His house was tidy with plenty of towels, pots, pans, toilet paper, linens, etc. We arrived early and Jerry was kind enough to allow us in early. He made sure to clean the pool for us and assured us he was available if we needed anything. Great location, as there is a Walmart and Starbucks only four minutes away. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Palm Springs.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the living areas are so inviting. The outdoor areas are perfect to spend a relaxing time. The pool is the star of the show. And Jerry was a wonderful host: friendly, welcoming and always ready to help us. If you want to have a wonderful vacation, don't think it twice: book this home and enjoy everything it offers.

April-14 2023Our stay had a few hiccups. The management team were very helpful and responded quickly to help us fix the issues. They also kindly provided a credit for our issues. The pool is the gem of the home and when heated is fantastic. The home is well stocked with all the items needed and comfortable. The home is located a short walk away to a great park as well.

We especially loved the backyard. The neighborhood was located next to the community park. Kids enjoyed playing pickle ball in the morning. Dogs ran happily in the dog park. Jerry was very quick responding our request. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks to Jerry for hosting us.

This place is great for a short getaway. The home is so comfortable and has everything you need. If you do need something, area has lots of retail shops and restaurant varieties. For Tesla users, there are superchargers in the mall that are easily accessible. Thank you Jerry for welcoming us back to our home our home. Till next time!!!
