Enjoyed our stay at Villa Paloma for the New Years break in Palm Springs. The villa’s location is great and the downtown is an easy drive. Jerry was responsive and ensured the property was ready for us on time. Would recommend this villa for a palm spring getaway. While we enjoyed our stay at the villa, the only shortcoming was that the pool did not heat up to the desired temperature when the sun was away even though we paid extra charges for the heating during our stay. While we enjoyed the hot tub, but the family missed not being able to use the pool during most of our stay. Response from Desert VIPS: I apologize about the pool heating. The issue is now corrected. Thank you for staying with us!
Have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The house is really nice and clean, with lots of space to sit and relax in and out. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, just as described and the pool was lovely.
Jerry's place was a great retreat. Lots of space and comfortable. Planes do fly overhead but gotten used to the sound very quickly as it really could only be heard while outside. You do need a car to get places but it's pretty much close to everything in the area.
Super fun stay! Great location. Cindy was really responsive throughout our time in Palm Springs. The hot tub and pool were great. Would love to come back!
I stayed here with a group of my girlfriends for a vacation weekend. PROS: - The area is peaceful, located so close to downtown, it was the perfect location! - the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances - the outside area was just as described in the photos. It was beautiful and spacious and very well kept. - The rooms were clean! plenty of linens and towels. - Jerry was courteous + communicated well + came by to drop off some more items during our stay. CONS: - The owner Jerry was more responsive via phone vs text so keep that in mind if you need immediate assistance. Calling is better than text. We received our check-in instructions later than anticipated which had me worried so I had to call to follow up but all was figured out prior to check in. - Our dryer was not functioning well during our stay however Jerry was very courteous and offered solutions right away. I really appreciated the effort!!! Overall, it was an epic stay and I would stay here again! Response from Desert VIPS: Daina, Thank you for the honest feedback. Would stay again. Convenient location with lots of space inside the house. Backyard at night is very peaceful. Plane noise from airstrip was not an annoyance. Very quiet at night. We had a fantastic time at Villa Paloma! I hosted a girls trip with my friends, and we were all amazed with how beautiful the house is. The location is at a very quiet corner. We barely even saw other people. The yard and pool was great. The pool was a little chilly when we first arrived, but Jerry was very responsive and turned up the heat a bit, and then it was perfect. Jerry was a very friendly host, and the house was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!
We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly stay again! Jerry was really responsive and helped us with an early check in and when we couldn't figure out the pool heater. The home is in a great location on the edge of town with a beautiful view of the mountains. The patio was where we spent most of our time because there were large seating areas around a fire pit to accommodate our entire group. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and well-equipped (we brought shampoo and body wash we didn't even use). The mattresses were some of the comfiest mattresses we have ever had at a vacation rental and we all slept great! We really appreciated that the home has large capacity washer and dryer, iron, pool towels and multiple seating areas, including a dining table that expands to seat 10! Highly Recommend!
